He was born in Istanbul Beyoglu in 1976. He completed his secondary education in Ata College and high school education in Kabataş Erkek High School.He graduated from Uludağ University Tourism and Hotel Management as the first in the department and the third in the school. Afterwards, he completed his undergraduate education at Anadolu University, Department of Management and Organization.
He started his career in 1995 at International R.C.I. He worked as a Sales Manager and Sales Director for 2,5 years.Later on, he worked in various hotel and service companies. In 1999, he became the General Sales Director at Gürpa Gayrimenkul Yatırımları A.Ş. Between 2003 and 2014, he worked as the Sales Manager of Real Estate Projects in Ağaoğlu Group of Companies.
In March 2014, he continued his career as the CEO of Hashim Group Companies.
Which was established in early 2018 as 7Hills Investments, attracts companies with numerous investments and investors, especially in the real estate sector in Turkey and continues to contribute to the country's economy.
Çeşmeci, who has been trained in more than fifty sectoral and personal development issues throughout his working life, is married. He is fluent in English and Arabic languages.
